Board Members discussed Three Big Goals and several individual projects/initiatives to be considered for future Board approval. RNC Executive Committee will create a proposed Strategic Plan based on feedback for a future meeting.

Pending Bylaws approval from DONE, Board members explored the consolidation of some committees (other than Standing Committees). RNC Executive Committee will create a proposal for a future meeting.
