Accessibility
Greenback Hills HOA is committed to making this public portal usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or speech input.
Conformance status
This portal is built to target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We assess it against WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard required of state and local government web content under the U.S. Department of Justice's 2024 rule implementing Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Because WCAG 2.2 Level AA includes everything in 2.1 Level AA, building to the later version covers the required standard.
We assess conformance using automated testing on every change. We are introducing manual keyboard and screen-reader review ahead of future releases. Automated testing cannot detect every barrier, so the sections below record what we know is not yet conformant.
This statement was last reviewed on July 28, 2026.
Known limitations
- Documents uploaded by Greenback Hills HOA — such as bylaws or attachments originally created in Word or as scanned PDFs — may not meet the standard. We publish an accessible web version of document text wherever the content is available to us.
- Agenda and minutes PDFs are not yet tagged for assistive technology. The web versions of the same agendas and minutes on this portal are the accessible route to that content.
