A. Inflatable Lawn Decoration Decibel and Duration Policy
Following two complaints logged with the Task Force about a 14-foot inflatable Santa playing looped music until 11 PM on Baird Court, discussion of a proposed policy capping seasonal inflatable/lighting displays at 60 decibels measured from the property line, with an illumination curfew of 10 PM on weeknights.

B. Annual Holiday Lighting Contest Judging Criteria
Proposal to formalize judging criteria for the annual contest, 35 percent lights, 25 percent originality, 25 percent curb wow factor, 15 percent adherence to the new decibel policy above, ahead of the December 12 walkthrough. Trophy categories: Best in Show, Most Improved, and the rotating Golden Extension Cord.
