Follow-up from the July meeting: President St. Claire to report back on the proposed extension of the dues grace period from 10 to 15 days, tabled last month pending Treasurer input.

A. Lawn Gnome Relocation Ordinance
Motion to relocate the community's 14-gnome collection from the front gate median to the clubhouse garden, following three resident complaints citing "gnome-related traffic distraction" near the entrance roundabout.

B. (financial item) Koi Pond Filtration System Upgrade
Review of three competitive bids to replace the clubhouse koi pond filtration system after last month's algae bloom, which the Committee has taken to calling "the Great Greening." Bids range from $4,200 to $6,800.

C. Neighborhood Watch Drone Pilot Program
Discussion of a 90-day pilot proposed by Sergeant at Arms Sterling Hollingsworth to supplement the volunteer patrol with a single perimeter drone, including privacy safeguards, flight hours, and a no-fly zone over the Vandervilt and Beaumont properties per their prior objections.
